Built around a love of swimming.

CHASE THE WALL was born in Banbury, Oxfordshire, inspired by my own experience as a swimming parent.

Watching my son Alfie's journey through competitive swimming has given me a real appreciation for the dedication this sport demands — not just from the swimmers themselves, but from the families supporting them every step of the way.

From early morning training sessions and evenings spent at the pool to long days at competitions, swimming becomes so much more than just a hobby.

It's a community built around determination, encouragement, friendships and celebrating every achievement, however big or small.

As parents, we invest so much of our time and money into our children's swimming. But more importantly, we're investing in their happiness, their health, their confidence and giving them a hobby they genuinely love.

And that's something worth supporting.

Why I created CHASE THE WALL

I started CHASE THE WALL with a simple ambition: to build an independent UK swimming retailer that truly understands the needs of competitive swimmers and the families cheering them on.

I know how much effort goes into supporting a young swimmer, from remembering every piece of training equipment to preparing for race day and celebrating those all-important personal bests. 

I wanted to create a business that feels part of that journey, rather than simply somewhere to buy swimming equipment.

A brand that understands the swimming community because it comes from within it.

Whether you're preparing for your first club session, working towards your next qualifying time or competing at a higher level, our aim is to help you find the equipment you need.

We're building a carefully selected range of swimming essentials, including goggles, swimming caps, swimwear, training equipment and race-day accessories.

As CHASE THE WALL grows, we're also looking forward to introducing our own unique products and designs.

We want shopping for swimming essentials to be straightforward, affordable and enjoyable, with products and information that help swimmers and their families make confident choices.

More than just the kit 

Every swimmer's journey is different.

Some are taking their first steps into competitive swimming. Others are chasing personal bests, overcoming setbacks or working towards their next big milestone.

But behind so many of those swimmers are parents, carers and families making it all possible.

They're the ones driving to training, cheering from the stands, packing the bags and offering encouragement when things don't go to plan.
